Quality control

The technology of production at the VMP Astana plant includes a mandatory stage, which is quality control.

Quality control at the plant is carried out by technologists and laboratory assistants of the Quality Control Department (QCD). The service is equipped with special equipment and a laboratory, and this allows them to carry out all the necessary tests.

First of all, all incoming raw materials are subjected to a thorough inspection. Before starting production, samples of raw materials are sent to QCD specialists for input control, where it is checked for compliance with technical standards. The entrance control also includes checking the accompanying documentation, inspection of transport containers and establishing compliance of the material properties with the requirements specified in the material quality certificate.

Additionally, after the final product is produced but before the packaging stage, samples of the produced coating materials are taken by the QCD specialists. All the necessary tests are carried out in the laboratory to confirm the high quality of the products.

Also, the QCD prepares a quality passport for each product. This document is present in every batch shipped from the factory.
