Recommended use

Installation of thin-layer flooring on concrete and mineral bases in industrial, warehouse, technical premises and parking lots. It is also used for marking lines for polyurethane self-leveling floors. It is allowed to apply to vertical concrete and mineral surfaces.

Technical specifications:

• appearance of the coating -matt, corresponding color, separate inclusions are allowed
• color of the coating gray or according to RAL
• theoretical consumption per one layer coating-0,125 - 0,150 kg/m2
• recommended one layer thickness (roller application), µm 60 - 75

Physical and mechanical characteristics of the coating:

• adhesion to concrete(GOST 28574) - 2,4 MPa, not less than (pull-off from concrete)
• Hardness according to the pendulum-type TML instrument, pendulum "B", in conditional units, should be at least 0.3 (after drying at 20°C for 24 hours) and at least 0.4 (after drying at 20°C for 5 days) (according to GOST R 52166).
• Taber wearability at load 1000 g (Calibrade H 18, 1000 cycles / Calibrade H 22, 1000 cycles) - 35 mg, no more (ASTM D 1044).

Application conditions:

• room temperature - from +5 °C to +30 ° C;
• relative humidity - from 30% to 80%.

Hardening time

• weak pedestrian load-in 24 hours.;
• intensive pedestrian load - after 2 days;
• full load (including moving of vehicles with rubber tires) – 7 days.

If the coating conditions are not met, the hardening time may increase.

Storage conditions:

Storage and transportation of enamel – from minus 40 to plus 40 ° C in accordance with GOST 9980.5 in hermetically sealed container of the manufacturer far from heat sources. During storage and transportation, the packaging should not be exposed to atmospheric precipitation and direct sunlight.
