Recommended use

For polymeric flooring in industrial, residential and public buildings, including food production facilities, agricultural complex, public catering enterprises, medical application facilities, pharmaceutical enterprises, clean rooms (GOST ISO 14644-1), kindergartens, schools with operating temperature from plus 10 to plus 40 °С. 

Technical specifications:

• coating appearance-even, gloss, of respective color
• Coating color primary colors are grey, light grey and ivory.   Other colors are according to color chart of manufacturing company
• Theoretical consumption per 1-mm-thick one-layer coating, kg/m2 -1,45 (actual consumption depends on extent of base evenness and designed thickness of coating)
• the recommended thickness of one layer is from 1.0 to 3.0 mm.

Physical and mechanical characteristics of the coating:

• adhesion to concrete (GOST 28574) 2,4 MPa, not less than (pull-off from concrete)
• tensile strength (ISO 527-2) 8 MPa, not less than
• tear (peel) resistance (ISO 34-1) 50 N/mm2 , not less than
• elongation at break (ISO 527-3) 80 %, not less than
• taber wearability at load 1000 g (Calibrade CS10) 30 mg, not more than

Application conditions:

• room temperature - from +10 °C to +30 ° C;
• relative humidity - up to 80%.

Hardening time

• weak pedestrian load-in 48 hours.;
• intensive pedestrian load– 7 days
• full load (including moving of vehicles with rubber tires) – 14 days.

Storage conditions:

Storage and transportation of the base and hardener of the composition – at a temperature from +5 ° C to +30 ° C, in accordance with GOST 9980.5 in a hermetically sealed container of the manufacturer far from heat sources. During storage and transportation, the packaging should not be exposed to atmospheric precipitation and direct sunlight.
