Recommended use

Installation of flooring on concrete bases indoors. It is used as the main self-leveling layer in systems of polyurethane self-leveling floors.

Technical specifications:

• coating appearance-even, gloss, of respective color
• primary colors are grey, light grey and ivory. Other colors are according to color chart of manufacturing company
• Theoretical consumption per 1-mm-thick one-layer coating 1,45 (actual consumption depends on extent of base evenness and designed thickness of coating)
• recommended thickness of one coat, mm 1,5 - 3

Physical and mechanical characteristics of the coating:

• adhesion to concrete(GOST 28574) - 2,4 MPa, not less than (pull-off from concrete)
• tensile strength (ISO 527-2) 8 MPa, not less than
• shore D Hardness (GOST 24621) 50 units, not less than
• elongation at break (ISO 527-3) 80 %, not less than
• taber wearability at load 1000 g (Calibrade CS10) 60 mg, not more than

Application conditions:

• room temperature - from +8 °C to +35 °C;
• the relative humidity of the air is up to 80%.

Hardening time

• weak pedestrian load-in 48 hours
• intensive pedestrian load– 7 days 
• full load (including moving of vehicles with rubber tires) – 14 days.

Storage conditions:

The storage and transportation temperature of the composition base and hardener is from +5 °C to +30 °C.

The base composition and hardener should be stored in a tightly closed container provided by the manufacturer, away from heat sources, and should not be exposed to atmospheric precipitation or direct sunlight (according to GOST 9980.5-2009).
