CONSUMPTION PER M2
The theoretical consumption is 110-265 g/m2 per 1 layer.
APPLICATION
remove scale, corrosion and old paint by abrasive blasting to degree not less than 2 according to GOST 9.402 (Sa 2 1 /2 ISO 8501-1). Preparing to Sa 2 grade is acceptable depending on further operating conditions. Surface roughness 30-50 microns (ISO 8503-2 2G segment).
Repair painting: cleaning up to degree 3 according to GOST 9.402 (up to degree P Sa 2, P St 3 according to ISO 8501-2) is permissible. Before painting, the surface must be thoroughly cleaned of dust and degreased.
Thoroughly mix the primer-enamel base to a homogeneous state, with constant stirring, completely pour the hardener into the base, mix thoroughly for 2-3 minutes (the ratio of the base and the hardener depends on the color of the enamel, indicated on the packaging label and in the quality certificate for the primer-enamel). If necessary, dilute to working viscosity.
Painting should be carried out at a temperature from -10 ° C to +40 °C and air humidity not more than 85%.

It is recommended to apply 1-2 layers.
Drying time to degree 3 is no more than 1.5 hours at (20±2)°C. Subsequent coats should be applied no less than 4 hours later at (20±2)°C. Exposure of coating systems before turning and transportation is 14 hours at (20 ± 2) ° C, prior to operation in aggressive environments is at least 7 days at temperatures from + 15 ° C to +22 ° C.
STORAGE OF ANTICORROSIVE PRIMER ENAMEL
The material is supplied as a complete set: base and hardener, packed in metal buckets and metal cans.
In a warehouse or under a canopy that excludes direct sunlight, at temperatures from -40 ° C to +40 ° C.
The guaranteed shelf life of the base is 24 months from the date of manufacture.
OPERATION OF THE COATING
It is used at temperatures up to +120 ° C, in atmospheric conditions of all macroclimatic areas, atmospheric types and accommodation categories according to GOST 15150.
