Recommended use
The epoxy primer ISOLEP-SP-03 is used for anti-corrosive protection of steel metal products as an interoperative primer during painting at the factory and/or temporary anti-corrosive protection during construction, as well as for additional protection of galvanized metal surfaces, aluminum products and its alloys.
Specifications
It can be overlapped with materials based on epoxy, vinyl-epoxy, vinyl-polyester, alkyd, urethane and acrylate bases
The coating can be thermally cutting and welded without increasing the porosity of the weld.
Coloring of AMg alloys and non-ferrous metals is allowed.
AREAS OF APPLICATION
ISOLEP-SP-03 primer is used for anti-corrosive protection of steel metal products as an interoperative primer for painting at the factory and/or temporary anti-corrosive protection during construction.

SURFACE PREPARATION
degrease metal surface to the first degree according to GOST 9.402;
clean the surface by abrasive blasting from scale, rust to degree 2 according to GOST 9.402 (Sa 2½ according to ISO 8501-1). In hard-to-reach places and when painting small areas, cleaning with a mechanical tool to a degree not lower than 3 according to ISO 8501-1 is permissible;
remove dust.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
prior to use, mix the base thoroughly until smooth;
While mixing constantly add a curing agent to the base (the ratio is given in the quality certificate and on the container label) and mix thoroughly.
The material is recommended to be applied in the factory at a temperature of plus 5 to plus 35 ° C with a relative humidity of no more than 85%.
Temperature of the painted surface must be at least 3 °C above the dew point.
The curing time depends on the surface temperature and ambient air, coating thickness, ventilation efficiency and relative humidity.
