DESCRIPTION OF VINICOR-63 VARNISH

VINICOR-63 varnish is widely used for the protection of industrial and civil construction facilities due to its adaptability and high performance characteristics. VINICOR-63 is applied as a primer. It penetrates deeply into the pores of the concrete base, strengthening its surface and creating an adhesive layer for subsequent application of a protective coating.

A complex coating consisting of varnish and enamel protects concrete from corrosion and increases its frost resistance.

RECOMMENDATIONS FOR APPLYING THE PRIMER

New concrete surface: apply no earlier than 28 days after removing the formwork. The surface of the concrete structure should be free of cement milk, dirt and grease contamination. If necessary, degrease and dust thoroughly.

Repair painting: remove mechanical impurities, loose old coatings. Large defects should be plastered and leveled with putty mixtures. The concrete surface must be dry (the moisture content in the concrete is not more than 5% by weight), dust-free, degreased.

Mix it up. If necessary, dilute to working viscosity. Concrete should be painted at a temperature of +5 ° C to + 30 ° C and air humidity of no more than 85%. It is not allowed to be applied to wet surfaces.

Airless spraying       The pressure of the paint at the outlet of the nozzle is 150 atm,

STORAGE OF VARNISH

The varnish is packed in metal buckets.

In a storage area or under a shelter that prevents direct sunlight, at temperatures ranging from -10°C to +35°C

The warranty period of storage is 12 months from the date of manufacture.

OPERATION OF THE COATING

It is used at temperatures from -60 ° C to +60 ° C, in atmospheric conditions of various climatic regions and industrial atmosphere conditions.

COMPATIBILITY OF VINIKOR-63 VARNISH WITH OTHER VMP MATERIALS

VINICOR-63 varnish can be applied in a coating system with VINICOR-62 grade A enamel.
