Products VMP
Anticorrosive coatings of VMP are high–quality and long-term protection of metal. Coatings can consist of one or more materials for different purposes: primer, intermediate, and finishing layers. In VMP's range, there are primers of protective (zinc-filled), passivating (with corrosion inhibitors), and isolating types. The VMP Astana plant produces materials on the most resistant and popular bases: epoxy, polyurethane, and others. Coating enamels are tinted according to the RAL catalog, and have high protective and decorative characteristics. Thanks to the original recipes and adaptability, painting works can be carried out in factory or field conditions, at negative temperatures or high humidity.
For effective
protection of concrete from corrosion, VMP proposes to use anti-corrosion
coatings, consisting of a primer layer (which is used as deep penetration
materials) and one or two layers of topcoats.
The range includes three types of flame-retardant materials:
- intumescent (fire retardant paints);
- structural (plaster mix);
- combined (thermal insulation composition + intumescent paint).
The structural fire-retardant paint creates a strong barrier with low thermal conductivity, preventing exposure to high temperatures on metal structures for an extended period (up to 240 minutes).
The combined structural fire protection creates a barrier of the thermal insulation layer and foamed coked cellular material (up to 120 minutes) and is recommended for metal structures with small reduced thickness.
In the PLAMKOR line there are materials for protecting metal structures indoors and in an open air environment, as well as in conditions of a hydrocarbon fire.
The use of flame-retardant materials together with anti-corrosive primers of VMP provides long-term comprehensive protection of metal structures.
The compatibility of flame-retardant paints and primers, as well as the possibility of using materials in areas with high seismicity, is confirmed by certificates.
VMP produces materials for self-leveling floors on polyurethane and epoxy bases. The GOODLINE series includes thin-layer, filled, high-filled and antistatic floor coverings. The optimal coating is selected taking into account the specified operating conditions: decorative requirements, intensity of mechanical loads, thermal and chemical loads, dry and wet technological processes, special requirements and others. Durability, hygiene, intrinsic safety, strength, high resistance to chemical media and temperature changes are the main advantages of the GOODLINE line.
